As I am getting older, I am definitely feeling like I have way less energy than before. Besides exercising more, I definitely need to stay more hydrated and stay away from refined carbs. Easier said than done as eating white rice is in my Asian blood!
I just loathe working out so I’m trying some of the 30 day fitness challenges. I’m doing a few of these at the same time to work out my whole body. I like the simplicity of the exercises. 50 squats? Done. That’s about 49 too many for me, but those instructions can’t get easier. Check them all out here! I’m trying the squat, abs and arms ones! Day 1 here we come!
