Looking for a detox that still allows you to eat what you want and not starve?  I came across this Jillian Michaels 7-day detox that does just that.  The main objective is not to lose fat weight, but water weight.  Her claim is 5 pounds to be exact.  Ideal for bloating and ladies who are about to start their monthly visitors!  It looks simple enough, just add 60 oz. of this concoction to your daily routine!  Continue to eat whatever you would eat but a warning…60 oz. will send you to the bathroom pretty often!

60 oz of purified water
2 tablespoon’s lemon juice
1 tablespoon non cocktail cranberry juice
1 dandelion root tea bag

Definitely trying this next time I head to the grocery store!  Will post results when I do!
