I love making smoothies and shakes at home! Some can be healthy but some are not! But there’s no harm in treating yourself every once in awhile, so here’s two great recipes! One is good for the body and one for the soul. 🙂
3 cups good quality vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring, if desired
Blend and serve!
Blueberry Maple Oatmeal Smoothie
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup yogurt
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 cup milk
Mix rolled oats into yogurt and refrigerate overnight. Puree everything in food processor and enjoy!
