Ok, here’s a yummy hump day treat that’s really simple to make and DELICIOUS!  One of my favorite snacks in the world are fried pickles.  Pickles in general are the bombs.com but add a delicious breading over it?  Oooo wee!  As a healthier alternative,  here’s a recipe to bake them instead of fry!


All you need is eggs, pickles, panko crumbs (or whatever breading of choice you like) and some dill.  Mix the bread crumbs and dill in a food processor.  Dredge your pickles (after patting dry) in egg and then the crumbs to bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 mins.  You can also broil for a minute right before taking them out for a nice brown crust, just make sure to watch closely!!!  Then it’s nom nom nom time!!
