Back in the day, I used to use two types of seasoning….salt and pepper. Now that I’m cooking more and more, I’ve learned a few more tricks and discovered the wonderful world that is herbs.
Herbs are an important part of bringing your dish over the edge. It can turn a standard dish into a gourmet party in your mouth! Now I can use dill, thyme, parsley, chives, basil, etc!
